With a BA in Hispanic Studies from Bristol University Rozzy Roan first worked with young people in Chile as a classroom assistant back in 1993. She did a TEFL course and returned to Chile with Raleigh International as a staff interpreter and venturer manager in 2000.
Since then Rozzy’s worked with young people in a number of different capacities running theatre workshops, facilitating, coaching and mentoring for a wide range of organisations in a number of different settings both in the UK and abroad.
Latterly in Wiltshire Rozzy has coached Year 10 students at Swindon Academy through the intensive personal development programme with Grit and mentored young people through the Youth Adventure Trust and the Platform Project.
